Yvette Henry

Yvette Henry serves as the Vice President of Human Resources at Mercer County Community College since January 2023. Prior to this role, Yvette held the position of Executive Director of Human Resources at Essex County College from March 2017 to January 2023. With a strong background in human resources, Yvette also served as the Director of Human Resources at SugarHouse Casino from November 2014 to March 2017 and as the Regional HR Manager at Rust-Oleum Corporation from November 2010 to November 2014. Yvette's career began at Hertz, where the role of Regional Training and Communications Manager was held from May 1997 to November 2010. Currently pursuing an Ed.D. in Educational Leadership at Bowie State University, Yvette also holds a Master’s Degree and a Bachelor’s Degree in Labor and Employment Relations from Rutgers University.
