Charlotte Storey serves as the Assistant Vice President of Information Technology and Chief Information Officer at Mercer University since August 1997, where leadership in developing and managing the university’s information technology systems and digital strategies is paramount. Previous roles include Executive Director of IT Infrastructure Services, Director of IT and Media Services, Director of Professional Certification Program, and Systems Manager, each contributing to advancements in IT capabilities and academic support. In addition, Charlotte co-founded Specialized Information Environments, providing technology support and training across various sectors from 1998 to 2007. Early military experience includes serving as a Radio Operator in the Army National Guard from 1988 to 1994. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, a Master of Science in Software Systems, and current pursuit of a PhD in Educational Leadership and Administration at Mercer University, expected to complete in December 2026.
