Joana Silva is an accomplished leader in strategy and operations, currently serving as the Strategy & Operations Leader for Global Business Solutions at Mercer since July 2013. In this role, Joana drives the firm's mission to be an industry thought leader and trusted advisor. With prior positions including Principal Consultant in Global Talent Assessment and Director of Leadership Solutions, Joana has a strong background in talent management and solution development. As a co-founder and General Manager of La Bicyclette Bakery, a French bakery in Brooklyn, Joana combines culinary entrepreneurship with expertise in leading talent-focused initiatives. Joana's professional journey also includes significant roles at Marsh and PDI Ninth House, where Joana managed global compliance learning, executive assessments, and talent management solutions for prominent organizations. Joana holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Linguistics from Wellesley College.
