Peter Rutigliano

Peter Rutigliano, Ph.D., is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in psychology and workforce strategy. Currently, Peter serves as a Partner and THM Behavioral Health Practice Leader at Mercer, where responsibilities include managing employee survey projects and leading strategic initiatives pertaining to various survey designs. In addition, Peter is a Corporate Advisory Board Member at Hofstra University, providing guidance for Industrial-Organizational Psychology programs. Peter's prior experience includes founding and operating Pervisum, serving as an adjunct professor at multiple universities, and contributing to significant research projects at prestigious institutions such as Harvard Medical School and the University of Pittsburgh. Peter holds a Ph.D. in Clinical and Health Psychology from Drexel University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Loyola University Maryland.
