Stephen Botsford

Stephen Botsford is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales enablement, creative solutions, and design. Currently serving as a Sr. Principal Sales Enablement Leader at Mercer since May 2006, Stephen has collaborated with senior leadership to strategically position the company in the market and created a comprehensive digital sales toolkit. Previous roles at Mercer include Creative Solutions Director, Design Director, Art Director, and Senior Designer, where Stephen managed teams and developed high-profile marketing campaigns for prominent clients. In addition, Stephen is the owner of Spectrumedia, providing a range of marketing materials and services, including web design and strategic marketing plans. Stephen holds a Master’s degree in Technology Commercialization and Bachelor's degree in Business Management from Northeastern University, as well as an Associate's degree in Multimedia Design from the New England Institute of Technology.
