Steve Augustin is an experienced IT Project Manager and Agile Delivery Manager with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as a Pod Lead at Mercer since March 2024, Steve has held positions at leading firms including Beamery, Digital Ventures, and Gamesys, where roles encompassed agile coaching and delivery management. Previous expertise includes substantial technical leadership and development roles at Powa Technologies and various agencies, alongside foundational experience as a software developer. Steve’s educational background includes a BA in Digital Media from London Metropolitan University, complemented by studies in Business Studies and GCSEs from earlier institutions.
