Isabel Rodon

Isabel Rodon has extensive experience in quality assurance and management within the pharmaceutical and biotechnology sectors. Currently serving as the Quality Strategy Therapeutic Area and Life Cycle Management Head at Merck Group since October 2015, Rodon previously held positions such as Director of Quality Management at Merck Serono and Manager of Portfolio Quality at Eli Lilly and Company. With a career beginning in clinical research at OTSUKA PHARMACEUTICAL S.A. and i3 Research, Rodon's expertise encompasses global clinical quality assurance and development quality assurance roles at major companies, including Pfizer and ImClone Systems. Educational qualifications include an M.B.A. from Universitat Pompeu Fabra, a Postgraduate Diploma in Pharmaceutical Medicine from Universitat de Barcelona, a Master’s Degree in Food Science from the University of Leeds, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology from Universitat de Barcelona.
