Rasha Kelej

Rasha Kelej serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Merck Foundation and holds the position of Senior Vice President and Chief Social Officer in Merck Group, with ongoing contributions to the African Union's ECOSOCC. Since June 2017, Rasha has focused on healthcare and social responsibility initiatives, while earlier roles at Merck Serono included the Head of Global Customer Centricity and various vice presidential positions that emphasized market development and global business social responsibility. Rasha has over two decades of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, beginning with a role as a medical representative at Bristol Myers Squibb. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Robert Gordon University and a B.Sc. in Pharmacy from Alexandria University.
