Konark Sharma is a seasoned management consultant with extensive experience in executive search and leadership advisory services across the APAC and Middle East regions. Currently serving as an APAC Management Consultant at Mercuri Urval since January 2022, Konark previously co-founded and serves as CEO of Konark Sharma Associates, focusing on supporting professionals through challenging transitions, including executive coaching and leadership development. With a diverse background that includes roles such as Global Head of Talent & Leadership at Cactus Communications and Senior Consultant at SHL, Konark has successfully led talent management initiatives and consulting projects for a variety of sectors. Konark’s early career includes project management and training roles at prominent organizations such as Wipro Limited and IOS Sports & Entertainment. Holding a Master’s degree in Sociology from the University of Mumbai, Konark Sharma is dedicated to fostering professional growth and organizational excellence.
