Niklas Sutela

Niklas Sutela is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership and consultancy across various sectors. Currently, as Partner and Team Director for Asia-Pacific at Mercuri Urval since August 2015, Niklas leads the APAC Leadership Team and oversees business growth in the region. Previous roles at Mercuri Urval include Partner & Director and Group Director, where responsibilities encompassed global leadership and practice management in the industrial sector. Niklas co-founded SoSho, focusing on conversational commerce, and has a background in sales with Blue Ocean Oy and as a Recruiting Consultant at Click Henkilöstöpalvelut. Educational credentials include a Master’s Degree in International Business from Turku School of Economics and a Coaching Certificate from the International Coaching Federation. Additionally, Niklas served as a Second Lieutenant in the Finnish Defence Forces.
