Kayce Seifert

Kayce Seifert serves as Associate General Counsel at Mercury, bringing a wealth of experience from previous roles including Lead Regulatory Counsel for Square (US) at Block and Director & Senior Counsel at Discover Financial Services. Prior experience includes several positions at the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC), such as Senior Attorney in the Bank Activities Unit and the Complex Financial Institutions Section, as well as serving as an Honors Attorney. Kayce started a legal career as a Judicial Law Clerk to The Honorable John E. Waites at the United States Bankruptcy Court.
