Sean Joseph Klassen

Sean Joseph Klassen currently serves as the Creative Director and Head of Brand Design at Mercury since February 2023, where responsibilities include leading multidisciplinary teams to develop and maintain the Mercury brand. Previously, Klassen was a Creative Director at Instrument from December 2016 to January 2023, managing a team of 53 and directing projects that enhanced client brands and products. Klassen also held the role of Design Director at Instrument, leading significant projects for Google and establishing an internship program. Prior to Instrument, Klassen worked as a Brand and Product Design Consultant, co-founded Legwork—a successful creative studio—served as Art Director at Factory Design Labs, and held positions at Wall Street On Demand and JUXT. Klassen earned a Bachelor of Science in Sociology from the University of Colorado Boulder.
