Ivy Charmatz

Ivy Charmatz is a seasoned media professional with extensive experience in broadcasting and communications. Currently serving as Senior Vice President at Mercury Public Affairs since June 2022, Ivy previously held the position of Vice President at News 12 New Jersey for over fourteen years, where responsibilities included executive production of news and special projects, community outreach, and political programming. Significant accomplishments include collaboration with the New Jersey governor’s office, development of special segments and series, and management of newsroom personnel. Ivy also has experience in higher education as an adjunct professor at Centenary University and owns Charmatz Consulting, LLC. Ivy holds a dual Bachelor's Degree in Communication and Philosophy from Rutgers University.
