Eliot Levine

Eliot Levine is a seasoned professional in climate change adaptation and environmental management, currently serving as Senior Director for Climate and Water Security at Mercy Corps since April 2013. In this role, Eliot leads a team providing technical support to global development and humanitarian programs, while also directing business development strategies for the organization's climate change portfolio. Prior to Mercy Corps, Eliot held various positions at the World Wildlife Fund from 2007 to 2013, including Deputy Director and Senior Climate Change Advisor, where responsibilities included managing partnerships and mainstreaming climate change adaptation into conservation efforts. Eliot's early experience includes a consultancy role at UNDESA focused on analyzing Clean Development Mechanism projects. Academic credentials include a Master of Public Administration in Environmental Science and Policy from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Studies from Pennsylvania State University.
