Erica Leigh

Erica Leigh is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in organizational development and community engagement. Currently serving as the Director of Learning and Organizational Development at Mercyhealth Wisconsin and Illinois since June 2021, Erica previously held the position of Director of Community Experience at Wesley Willows Corporation from July 2013 to June 2021. Erica holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Concordia University-Wisconsin, earned between 2016 and 2019, and a Bachelor of Fine Arts (B.F.A.) in Musical Theatre from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point, completed from 2008 to 2012.
