Barbara Kelley

Barbara Kelley is a Trustee at Mercy Housing. Barbara has also worked as a dealer at Harrahs Chester Casino and Racetrack, an assistant township manager at Upper Chichester Township, an associate professor at Gwynedd Mercy University, and a program development manager at WERC. Prior to their current positions, they also served as the executive director at Point Breeze CDC and commercial corridor manager at Francisville Neighborhood Development Corp (FNDC).

Barbara Kelley has a Masters in Business Management from Penn State University, a Bachelors in Humanities and Social Sciences from Drexel University, and a certification from Scrum.org in Certified Scrum Professional (CSP). Barbara also has a certification from Springhouse Education and Consulting Services in JIRA and a Project Management Certificate. Additionally, Barbara Kelley is certified by Keybridge and the Department of Justice in Mediation and by the Building Code Official in Building Code Official. Finally, they are licensed by the PA Gaming Commission and the Department of License PA in Real Estate Agency.
