Nav Dhillon

Nav Dhillon, MBA, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the financial services sector and a strong background in business design. Currently serving as the Senior Payments Innovation Specialist at Meridian Credit Union since April 2023, Nav also founded and directs 1iCollective from November 2021. Previous roles include senior management positions at CIBC, focusing on enterprise fraud management and payments from August 2018 to August 2021. Nav's early career includes consulting and facilitation roles at the Rotman Business Design Club and the University of Toronto - Rotman School of Management, where business design methodologies were applied to significant corporate challenges. Nav holds an MBA from the University of Toronto - Rotman School of Management and a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science from York University.
