Connie Lewis

Connie Lewis is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in facilitation and mediation across various sectors. At Meridian Institute since October 1997, Connie serves as a Senior Partner, convening and designing multi-stakeholder processes and guiding internal strategic planning efforts. Prior to Meridian Institute, Connie was the Associate Director at The Keystone Center from 1987 to 1997, leading negotiations and policy dialogues while managing personnel and ensuring program quality. Earlier in the career, Connie directed the Breckenridge Outdoor Education Center from 1978 to 1985, focusing on outdoor experiences for individuals with disabilities. Academically, Connie holds a Master’s degree in Natural Resources Management and Policy from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Southern Oregon College.
