Nodira Meliboeva

Nodira Meliboeva is an experienced professional in program management and education, currently serving as a Program Officer at Meridian International Center since October 2022, where program design and management focus on professional development and civic engagement for emerging leaders globally. Prior experience includes working as an Education Specialist at The World Bank from August 2019 to September 2022, concentrating on enhancing education projects in Uzbekistan. Nodira's early career features roles at the U.S. Embassy in Tashkent, including English Language Program Coordinator and Assistant Alumni Coordinator, along with previous positions at the U.S. Department of State and the Peace Corps. Nodira holds a Master in Public Administration from Harvard Kennedy School.
