Sam Billings

Sam Billings is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in program management and research. Currently serving as a Senior Program Associate at Meridian International Center since May 2022, Sam previously held the position of Program Associate at the same organization. Prior experience includes a role as a Research Associate at GTC 360° and a Research and Development Intern at the European Services Forum, where Sam contributed to building a network for the service sector in the EU. Additional experience encompasses leadership as a Program Leader at University College and as Chief of Staff for the AU College Democrats, along with an internship with the North Carolina Democratic Party. Sam Billings holds a degree from American University, earned between 2017 and 2021.
