Minna Nikkinen

Minna Nikkinen is an experienced HR and communications manager with a strong background in human resources management and project leadership. Currently serving as Manager of HR and Communications at Merima since April 2019, responsibilities include overseeing the employment life cycle, developing strategic competences, ensuring health, safety, and environment (HSE) compliance, supporting line management, and managing HR reporting and budgets. Prior experience includes roles as HR Specialist at Raskone Oy, Head of Project Management at Smilehouse Oy, and Sr. Group Manager at Data-Info Oy, among others, demonstrating a consistent focus on project management, team leadership, and process development.
