Dale Zaugg

Dale Zaugg is an experienced construction professional with a career spanning over two decades in the homebuilding industry. Currently serving as a Construction Manager at Meritage Homes since February 2016, Dale has previously held builder positions at M/I Homes and Ryland Homes, and owned Home Rejuvenation Construction Company. Dale began working in the construction field as a Project Manager at Pulte Homes, contributing significant expertise throughout the various roles. Educationally, Dale has attended Central Piedmont Community College and pursued studies at a community college while serving in the Army.
