Joseph Chretien

Joseph Chretien is an accomplished professional in land development with extensive experience in leadership roles at prominent homebuilding companies. Currently serving as Vice President of Land Development at Meritage Homes since August 2024, Joseph previously held the same title at Denova Homes from June 2020 to August 2024, and at William Lyon Homes from June 2017 to June 2020.
