Josh Fleming

Josh Fleming is a Land Acquisition Manager at Meritage Homes since October 2024, following a tenure in land acquisition at Elliott Homes, LLC from September 2020 to October 2024. Prior to this, Josh gained significant experience as a Fitness Coach at Orangetheory Fitness, coaching over 3,000 classes across South Florida and training new coaches in brand compliance. Additionally, a role as a Fitness Specialist at Active Wellness LLC allowed Josh to develop group fitness programs for corporate clients, including Magic Leap, Sheridan, and Motorola. Academic credentials include an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Biology from Florida International University and an Associate of Science in Biology from Santa Fe College.
