Laurence Luxford

Laurence Luxford is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as the National Learning and Development Manager at Meriton Suites since June 2023. Previously, Laurence held the role of Senior Manager HR Business Partner at Frasers Hospitality Australia from June 2021 to May 2023 and has been integral to Meriton Suites in various capacities since 2014, including Head of Talent & Culture and National Talent & Culture Manager, where recognition as TAA 2017 Human Resources Employee of the Year was achieved. Laurence's career began at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, and educational qualifications were obtained from the University of Technology Sydney between 2003 and 2006.
