Orion Brooks is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in data analytics and systems management. Currently serving as the Group Head of HR Systems & Data at Merlin Entertainments since August 2021, Orion leads a team to provide critical data solutions for global HR systems. Prior roles include Senior Group HR Data Analyst at CBRE and People & Data Analytics Specialist at Ageas UK, where responsibilities encompassed producing high-quality HR management information and managing stakeholder relationships. Orion's expertise extends to early careers development and talent management, demonstrated through various roles at organizations such as Ageas UK and the University of Portsmouth Students' Union. Orion holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Language and Literature from the University of Portsmouth.
