Rachel Green

Rachel Green is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in the field. Currently serving as the Legal Director for Resort Theme Parks at Merlin Entertainments since April 2017, Rachel is responsible for overseeing the legal affairs of these parks on a global scale. Prior to this role, Rachel held positions including Senior Commercial Legal Counsel at Merlin Entertainments, where support was provided to the General Counsel and management of external legal advisors was conducted. Rachel's prior experience includes serving as the European Business Compliance Leader at John Zink Hamworthy Combustion, overseeing legal compliance across multiple international offices, and as a Commercial Contracts Manager at Hamworthy Combustion, providing legal advice within a manufacturing and engineering context. Rachel holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Law with French Law from the University of Leicester and completed legal education at The College of Law York.
