Natalie Williams

Natalie Williams has over 20 years of experience in human resources, currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources for North America at Mersen since August 2010. Prior to this role, Natalie held the position of Director of HR at Mersen from March 2007 to April 2010. Natalie's earlier experience includes serving as Global Workforce Strategy Manager and Senior HR Manager at ITT Corporation from April 2005 to February 2007, and HR Director for ITT Corporation - C&K Components from June 2000 to April 2005. Natalie possesses a Master of Science in Management with a Concentration in HR from Lesley University (1998-2003), a Bachelor of Science in Human Services from the University of Rhode Island (1985-1987), and an Associate of Science in Human Services from Mitchell College (1983-1985).
