Scott Jewett

Scott Jewett, PhD, RAC, is a seasoned regulatory affairs specialist with extensive experience in biomedical engineering and regulatory compliance. Currently serving as a Senior Regulatory Affairs Specialist at Merz Aesthetics since August 2023, Scott previously held similar roles at Bioventus and United Therapeutics Corporation, where responsibilities included regulatory affairs for medical devices. Prior to these positions, Scott contributed as a Senior Biomedical Engineer at Affinergy, leading research on therapeutic and diagnostic devices and managing multiple phase SBIR grants. Scott's academic background includes a PhD in Biomedical Engineering from Purdue University and a BS in Biomedical Engineering from Louisiana Tech University, complemented by experience as a teaching assistant and research assistant during graduate studies.
