Emma Donaldson

Emma Donaldson, MSSW, LMSW, LCDC-i, is an experienced intervention counselor currently working at Mesquite Independent School District since July 2022, focusing on mental health support for students and staff. Prior to this role, Emma served as the site coordinator for Communities In Schools of the Dallas Region, where support was provided to students and families through case management and counseling. Emma's experience also includes volunteer coordination and direct client services as managing director at Battered Womens Foundation, and various roles in social work and retail, showcasing a strong background in advocacy, counseling, and community outreach. Emma holds a Bachelor of Arts in Social Work from Baylor University and a Master of Science in Social Work from the University of Louisville.
