The Company manufactures its HVAC equipment and metal forming equipment at approximately 10 factory locations, and sells through distributor, dealer and manufacturer's representative channels, primarily in the United States and Canada. The Company's HVAC product lines include commercial boilers, commercial radiation, residential baseboard, unit heaters, engineered commercial and mission critical equipment, industrial HVAC equipment, and dampers and louvers. The Company's products also include Dadanco active chilled beams, and Linel and AWV architectural products. The Company also holds interests in Turbonics, Inc., which manufactures hydronic kickspace heaters and related products.
