Giuliana Minardi was specifically tapped to develop an operational risk framework for the Group Risk Management Platform at RBC at the enterprise level. She provided transformational leadership in implementing and executing leading practices in independent risk oversight and governance at a global level for RBC.

Prior to this position, Ms. Minardi was Managing Director with RBC Capital Markets, responsible for RBC Financial Group’s Global Wholesale loan portfolio credit risk exposure management function and its centralized service delivery functions. Over the years, she has strived to deliver best-in-class management and operational solutions by establishing clear accountability for a team of highly specialized professionals and building a committed and diverse workforce through performance management and a superior work environment.
