Caizheng Su is an accomplished Enterprise EHS Manager for EMEA & APAC at Meta since June 2021, with a proven ability to develop and execute global EHS strategies in alignment with current laws and regulations. Experience as Head of Operations (Lieutenant-Colonel) Rescue Unit with the Singapore Civil Defence Force since June 2005 highlights extensive expertise in emergency response and disaster management. Previous roles include Regional Manager for Global Workplace Safety at American Express and Manager of Workplace, Safety and Health at Sentosa Development Corporation, along with significant leadership positions in various organizations such as ECO Special Waste Management, Ocean Tanker, and Keppel Offshore & Marine. Caizheng’s educational background includes a BA in Environmental, Occupational Health and Safety from the University of Newcastle and diplomas in Workplace Safety and Health and Electronics Engineering from Ngee Ann Polytechnic.
