Carson Howerton

Carson Howerton possesses extensive experience in candidate experience and operational excellence management, currently serving as Global Candidate Experience Flex Manager at Meta. Previously, Carson held various leadership roles at Amazon, including Leader of Internal Transfers and Promotions for North America Operations and Global Operational Excellence Leader for Internal Transfers and Promotions-Operations. Carson began expertise in recruitment as Recruiting Manager for the EMEA Region. Additional experience includes roles at EF Education First, UCLA New Student and Transition Programs, and UCLA Athletics. Carson earned a Bachelor of Arts in World Arts and Cultures from UCLA from 2008 to 2012.
