Gloria Demro

Gloria Demro is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in recruiting operations and team leadership across multiple industries. Currently serving as Manager of UX Research Recruitment Operations at Meta since January 2020, Gloria has driven leadership recruiting processes while overseeing international teams. Prior roles include Director of Talent Acquisition at WeWork, where Gloria built the recruiting team for the US and Canada, and Head of People & Talent at Lyric, where initial leadership in Recruiting and HR was established. Gloria also contributed to other notable organizations such as SigFig, Prosper Marketplace, Deloitte, and KPMG US, displaying a strong background in developing recruitment strategies in hyper-growth environments. Gloria holds both a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
