Gyla Becks

Gyla Becks is an experienced recruiting leader with a robust background in talent acquisition and management. Currently serving as a Recruiting Leader at Meta since December 2023, Gyla previously held the same position at Meta from February 2021 to May 2023, along with a role as Sourcing Manager for Data Science. Prior experience includes over eight years at eBay, progressing through various positions from Recruiter to Director of Global Recruiting. Gyla also worked at TEKsystems as a Senior Account Manager and at Aerotek as an Account Manager and Recruiter. Gyla holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Finance from San Jose State University.
