Leeor Teperovich

Leeor Teperovich is an experienced professional with a strong background in business development, strategy, and innovation across various sectors. Currently serving as an Analytical Lead at Meta since August 2022, previous roles include Head of Growth at Avo and Innovation Consultant at Reality Investment Funds, where focus was on supporting startups in the built world tech verticals. Leeor also contributed as an Entrepreneur in Residence at WeWork and held multiple leadership positions at venn, overseeing the company's market entry into Berlin. Co-founding HSY Carla, a hospitality group in Tel Aviv, further demonstrated capability in operational management and business development, achieving significant growth in both customer base and revenue. Leeor's early career included legal experience as an Articled Clerk at a prominent law firm and served as a Special Operations Project Manager in the Israeli Intelligence Corps. Academically, Leeor holds Bachelor's degrees in Laws (LL.B.) and Business Management from Reichman University.
