Linquan Chen

Linquan (Jeffery) Chen is a seasoned software engineering manager with extensive experience in payment systems and software development. Currently leading a team at Meta to enhance order and transaction management platforms, Linquan has also served as a venture scout at UpHonest Capital since July 2021. Previously, Linquan held multiple positions at Facebook, including staff software engineer and senior software engineer, focusing on the Checkout Experience and Facebook Pay Foundation. Linquan's background includes teaching assistant roles at Carnegie Mellon University and internships at Google, where contributions improved backend systems, as well as research and implementation of innovative technologies at both Zhejiang University and HKUST. Linquan holds a Master’s degree in Computer Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University and a Bachelor's degree in Information Engineering from Zhejiang University.
