Lorenzo Fontana

Lorenzo Fontana is a seasoned Security Engineer with a robust background in application security and threat detection, currently employed at Meta since September 2019. At Meta, Lorenzo has led security reviews and engineered solutions utilizing the Pysa static analysis tool to enhance security and privacy for Instagram and its backend services, while also developing automation frameworks to optimize response times to security alerts. Prior experience includes working as an Information Security Engineer at UniCredit Services from December 2015 to September 2019, where Lorenzo focused on vulnerability analysis and incident management.
