Madhubanti (Madhu) M. is an accomplished technology professional with extensive experience in software engineering and management. Currently serving as a Senior Software Engineering Manager at Meta, Madhu previously held the position of Senior Director of Software Engineering at Xilinx. Additionally, at Tabula, Madhu advanced through several roles, including Principal Engineer, TLM, Senior Staff Engineer, and Staff Engineer. Earlier in the career, Madhu was a Senior Member of Technical Staff at Magma Design Automation and a Software Development Engineer at Mentor Graphics Corp. Madhubanti holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Computer Science and Engineering from the University of Cincinnati and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering from the Indian Institute of Engineering Science and Technology (IIEST), Shibpur.
