Matthew Neal

Matthew Neal is a seasoned data professional currently serving as a Senior Data Engineer at Meta since February 2022, previously progressing from Data Engineer to Senior Data Scientist at IBM from June 2016 to February 2022. Early in the career, Matthew gained experience as a DevOps Intern at Queue Software for a short period in 2015 and as a Home Loan Officer at Self-Help Credit Union from February 2009 to December 2013. Matthew's educational background includes a Master’s Degree in Computer Science and a Computer Programming Certificate from North Carolina State University, as well as a BA in Anthropology from the same institution.
