Sananda Som is a seasoned operations portfolio management professional currently working at Meta in Reality Labs since August 2024. Previous experience includes serving as a Senior Portfolio Manager at Grainger, where responsibilities encompassed managing Customer Service Center and Supply Chain portfolios, as well as being a certified Scrum Master. At Cresco Labs, Sananda held roles as Sr. Manager of Technology Operations and Manager of Enterprise IT Portfolio, focusing on retail technology scaling and process standardization throughout the country. Sananda's earlier career featured leadership positions at CME Group, Digital Realty, and Deutsche Asset Management, encompassing IT portfolio management and financial analysis. Sananda holds a Master's Degree in Financial Markets from the Illinois Institute of Technology and a B.A. in Economics from the University of Oklahoma, along with current studies in Full Stack Web Development at Northwestern University.
