Weiyang Mo

Weiyang (William) Mo is a Software Engineer with extensive experience in developing reliable and scalable distributed systems. Currently at Meta since April 2022, Weiyang focuses on software engineering. Prior to this role, Weiyang worked at Pure Storage from August 2019 to April 2022, leading the Continuous Integration, Tooling, and Infrastructure team. Weiyang's earlier experience includes a position as an Optical System Engineer at Juniper Networks from October 2018 to August 2019, where expertise was applied in developing job scheduling systems and test automation for high-speed transceivers. Weiyang holds a Bachelor degree in Physics from Southeast University, as well as a Master of Science and a Doctor of Philosophy in Optics/Optical Sciences from the University of Arizona.
