Xiaolei Zhen

Xiaolei (Jonathan) Zhen is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in various high-profile companies. Currently, Zhen is part of the insurance team at Rippling since September 2022. Prior to this, Zhen held multiple roles at Meta from July 2016 to September 2022, including Software Engineer and Tech Lead, contributing to areas such as Event Recommendation and Video Growth Machine Learning. Earlier experience includes serving as Chief Technology Officer at SocialGear, where $150k in angel funding was secured, and participating in software development internships at CooTek and Yahoo!.
