Xu Wang

Xu Wang is an experienced hardware engineer currently working at Meta since March 2015, focusing on the development of networking equipment for data center infrastructure. Previously, Xu held senior engineering roles at Fortinet, where responsibilities included system and board-level hardware designs for security appliances, and at FutureWei Technologies, analyzing and proposing architectures for SQL Server appliances. Additionally, Xu managed hardware development at GENBAND Inc. for media gateways, overseeing hardware architecture and integration processes. Previous experience includes a senior management position at Tekelec and a hardware engineering role at Santera Systems Inc. Xu holds both a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Tsinghua University.
