Yuwei Xia

Yuwei (Summer) Xia is an experienced Data Scientist with a strong background in analytics and data-driven decision-making. Currently employed at Airtable since August 2022, Yuwei focuses on advanced data reporting and visualization. Prior experience includes a role at Houzz from January 2021 to August 2022, leading metric reporting and collaborating with product and engineering teams to refine product features. At Firework, from May 2018 to January 2021, Yuwei developed analytics to drive growth and retention while automating reporting systems for market targeting. Yuwei also served as a Peer Tutor at Stony Brook University, fostering student understanding in mathematics and statistics. Yuwei holds a Master’s degree in Statistics from Columbia University and a Bachelor's degree in Applied Math & Statistics and Economics from Stony Brook University.
