Jon Hedrick

Jon Hedrick currently serves as the Director of Lean at Metal Exchange, a position held since September 2023. Previously, Jon was the Lean Manager at GE HealthCare from July 2021 to September 2023, where responsibilities included coaching Strategy Deployment and Kaizen methodologies to enhance manufacturing and stabilize the supply base. Prior experience at ATI - Allegheny Technologies Incorporated spanned from July 2006 to July 2021, during which Jon held various roles including Continuous Improvement Manager, Product Metallurgist, Quality Manager, Continuous Improvement Leader, Product Development Metallurgist, and Process Metallurgist. Jon's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Materials Engineering from The Ohio State University.
