Veronica Romero

Veronica Romero is a Design Operations Manager at MetaLab, having joined the company in May 2023. Prior to this role, Veronica served as Group Experience Design Manager at Deloitte from March 2021 to March 2023, where responsibilities included leadership within the Experience Design Team and establishing the Design Ops practice. At TWG, from March 2014 to March 2021, Veronica held various design leadership positions, ultimately serving as Director of Design and managing a 30-person team, while also mentoring design talent and enhancing design maturity. Earlier experience includes roles as Design Manager and Senior Product Designer, contributing to projects for notable clients and leading initiatives from conception to launch. Veronica began their career as a Senior Graphic & Web Designer at Avenue Design Group, focusing on responsive web design. An alumna of Algonquin College of Applied Arts and Technology, Veronica obtained an Advanced Diploma in Graphic Design in 2008.
