Zaid Altimimi

Zaid Altimimi currently serves as the Director of Commercial and Business Development at MIDDLE EAST TELECOMMUNICATIONS COMPANY (METCO) since September 2021. Previously, Zaid held positions including Sr Manager of PMO and BE at Awal Telecom from June 2019 to September 2021, and Head of Technical PMO Department at Zain Iraq from May 2017 to September 2021. Zaid has also served as Head of Technical for the North and Kurdistan region at Zain Iraq from May 2014 to September 2016, Deputy Sales Director at METCO from January 2013 to May 2014, and Sr. Manager of Business Development at METCO from January 2012 to January 2013. Additional experience includes serving as Head of Packet Core at NSN in mid-2011 and various roles at Zain Iraq from September 2005 to June 2011, including Acting Operations Director and Core Network Manager.
