Jill Stuart

Jill Stuart is a highly accomplished advisor and editor who has worked in the field of space policy for over 15 years. Jill is currently an advisor at METI International, a leading research and consulting firm specializing in space policy and strategy. Prior to their current role, Jill was the Editor in Chief of Space Policy journal, published by Elsevier. In this role, they were responsible for editorial decisions, commissioning, networking and offering general expertise in space policy, politics, law, regulation, and governance. Jill has also held positions at The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) and Durham University, where they served as Reviews Editor for the Global Policy Journal. Additionally, they have served on the editorial board of Millennium: Journal of International Studies and as Special Assistant to the Speaker Series for the World Affairs Council of Oregon. Jill's extensive experience and knowledge in the field of space policy makes their a valuable asset to any organization.

Jill Stuart completed their PhD in International Relations at the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE). Jill also has an MSc in International Relations from LSE and a BA in Political Science from the University of Portland. Jill has taken Spanish language training at Academia de Español Quito and has participated in a Semester at Sea program through the University of Pittsburgh. Additionally, they have studied at Franklin College Switzerland.
